Welcome to De Villiers 3D Printing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Correct pricing or product description errors.
• Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.

4. Payment

Payment must be received before products are manufactured or dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Custom 3D Printed Products

Many of our products are manufactured to order using 3D printing technology.

Because of this:

• Slight colour variations may occur.
• Minor layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printed products.
• Dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.

These characteristics do not constitute defects.

6. Custom Designs

Where customers request custom designs or personalised products:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all supplied information is correct.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Custom products are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly manufactured.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose.

De Villiers 3D Printing shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse
• Product modification
• Damage caused by improper use
• Normal wear and tear

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photographs, graphics, logos, text and website content remain the intellectual property of De Villiers 3D Printing unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Supply shortages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to the customer once goods have been delivered to the supplied address.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made and personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

11. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Incorrect installation
• Abuse or misuse
• Modifications made after purchase
• Normal wear and tear

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, De Villiers 3D Printing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss arising from improper use of products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders and improving our services.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to complete your order or comply with legal obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be published on this website.
