Return & Refund Policy

At De Villiers 3D Printing, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

• Custom-made or personalised 3D printed products.
• Products made to customer specifications.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product is defective.
• The incorrect product was supplied.
• The return is due to an error by De Villiers 3D Printing.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
